Did you Know?

I was talking last night with someone about the abomination we call Walmart. What happened to being personal, being in nature, writing a handwritten note, doing what's right just because it's what's right?

Boys...

So I have a tendency to see the best in people (at least I try to). I have met many awesome people and have been so blessed by each and every one of them. but when it comes to guys that I date, I have no idea what's good for me! I can see the good in them, the potential they have, all sorts of good things. but to have that actually correspond in my brain to something that is goes well with me... it just doesn't seem to connect. 

I've written so many lists! They are getting more specific, especially with things that I'm finding are critical for me. So I guess I'm still in the process. (well obviously I'm still in the process:)

I don't really know what to do. Make more lists?

I'm going to keep going. Be open, be nice, be forgiving/non-judgmental. Try new things. Be more aggressive? well not "aggressive" but getting out of my comfort zone, going out of my way to meet guys and actually talk to them (now that's the hard part! talking to them once I'm in the situation).

Just talking

So the idea has been brought up to me about buying a house...! ahhh!
So I'm looking online at options in the area.

ideas...

Condo in nice area. ie downtown in the aves. etc.

Cute little house, maybe the odd one of the neighborhood!

Tiny little house, fixer upper, but livable with a lot of land. Then build a Prefab home on the land while I live in the dinky little old house and build my awesome Mod home! Then I would really have the Odd house of the neighborhood!




So those are my little ideas. I'm sure my dad had no clue the idea would go so far in my head!

Day in the life of Me

I actually woke up early today! I ate breakfast and read my scriptures. What a great start! I can't remember the last time I have woken up with time to eat breakfast let alone read scriptures before I go to work. I think I will make it a regular thing!

Also I need to get the little things on my car fixed. For all those who don't know yet. My cute little car has some minor little problems that the owner decided not to tell me. First and least is the Tape Deck doesn't work. That wouldn't matter except that's the only way I can listen to my ipod (I hate the radio tuner adapters) Second and a bit more major. My car is not tight like unto a dish! The Sun roof leaks like a waterfall! So I've go to fix that especially with the rain and snow and if I ever want to wash it!

That seemed random but if you drive close to 80 miles a day you notice these things. I need my music!

Pictures, I've got to take more pictures of my life because I'm one of those people that won't read a blog unless it has a lot of pictures. The only problem is there's not to much going on worth taking pictures of, ... yet!

Sometimes the Lord Fights your Battles for you

I don't know why but the Lord has been very merciful to me. I read 2 Chronicles ch.20 on Tuesday. Verses 12 & 15 stood out to me.  I felt I did not have the strength but I looked to the Lord! He knows best, and for me, this time, He fought my battle for me. It's an amazing feeling. The Lord really does know best!
